The organisers are offering to make a significant donation to the Club if we can provide some stewards on both days.
The jobs include access control on the gates, car parking, wrist banding and litter collection. Shifts will typically be for 4 or 5 hours.
On both days we need people from 10am onwards but there are also shifts for some people to start later and finish at 9pm.
If possible we also need people to do rubbish collection from 4pm on Saturday and from 8am on Sunday.
We also need to provide one senior person at any one time to act as the manager for our people and liaise with the organisers.
All stewards will have access to the music area on completion of their shift.

At present we just need to know if you are interested – the exact shift times can be worked out nearer the day.

Anyone from the Club can help from 16 years old upwards – players, parents, supporters, VPs.......
