Aim to get to site at 9:30, games start at 10:30, but we need to get warmed up and ready in good time.

Remember to bring the appropriate clothing if the weather looks bad as the location is a bit exposed. Match shirts are to be worn and everybody needs a gum shield to take part.

If for any reason you are unable to attend Hastings or if you are not fully registered let Andy know ASAP as he has a couple of people standing by who wish to take part.

For those of you not going to Hastings there will be no training at home this coming Sunday.
