As some of you will have seen, we have at long last introduced a new social membership category and website. The intention being to have a uniform database to help better identify our members and comply with our club’s licensing. The website is called Membermojo and works by adding an e-card to your phone wallet. For those less tech savvy I am assured you can get a physical membership card to add to your real wallet!

Social membership is included in 2026/7 annual subscriptions as a Senior Player or VP. We also recognise our appointed Coaches for their outstanding voluntary contributions and so they also qualify for free.

For anyone else who wishes to be involved in watching rugby (eg. parents/guardians) or even those who maybe aren’t involved directly with rugby but would like to be part of the club from a social point of view, you can join as a Social Member for a very reasonable annual fee of £24.00. For that you will not only be an official member of a long established rugby club but also have full access to the club’s bar and facilities, plus qualify for a discount on all drinks and food purchased over the bar, which for some of you will probably mean you will recoup your outlay in no time at all.

For example:

1 pint of Guiness will save 60p off the listed price.
1 standard pizza will save £1.00 off the listed price.

Social Membership will be annual and renew on the 1st of July each year.

There are also a number of posters in the clubhouse advertising membership including a very handy QR code which you can scan on your phone and takes you directly to the website.
