Both U16s squads record heavy wins in both league fixtures. Hove 0 v Hurricanes 80 Haywards Heath 17 v Samurais 60

Heathfield Hurricanes travelled to Hove last sunday playing on a muddy but perfectly playable pitch.

Hove v Heathfield Hurricanes
Hove competed particularly well in the first 20mins of this first encounter for 2014. Making it difficult for the boys in the middle of the park but without any real fire power to cause too many problems to a strong Hurricanes defence.

Some very mature rugby was played by the boys at times, which bodes well for the rest of the campaign.
Forwards and Backs competed for each other in the loose, and Try's rained down on Hove consistently throughout the game.

Hayward Heath v Heathfield Samurais
Due to Hayward Heath's pitches made unplayable by weather conditions, the match went ahead at Heathfield's Cypress Field.

I cannot comment on the match as I wasn't there, but I have been informed it was a competent team display with some great individual performances.

Fantastic result for both teams and the whole squad!
