The sun was shining as the heathfield girls laced up their boots ready for today's game. Captain Cat and Co Captain Emma lead the team out onto the pitch tensions were high. It was Heathfields first game of the season and for some of the girls their first game ever.. The girls put their all in and we took the lead pretty quickly with our first Try scored by the ginger ninja Felicity..
The game was full on and at the edge of your seat kind of match, we had some highs and some lows and we lost a few players to injury but even though the game didn't end the way we wanted it to it was good to have rugby back...
